As Valentine's Day approaches, gamers everywhere are trying to work out how they spend some quality time with their significant other without putting the controller down. Luckily, there are some brilliant 2-player co-op games out there! Here are our favourites:
Overcooked 2
A must-have for any gaming household, Overcooked 2 never fails to descend into chaos and laughter. Battle the clock to prep orders and get them out on time, overcoming various obstacles as you go!
A Way Out
As 2-player co-op games go, A Way Out definitely falls into a more 'serious' category and is better for long periods of play. Designed specifically to be played by two gamers, you must work together to escape the prison and help one-another to freedom.
Portal 2
Portal 2 is up there with the most engaging games of all time, with its many levels of puzzling conundrums and mysterious plot making it a real head-scratcher. What many gamers don't realise though, is that there is a totally separate series of levels that can be played through with a partner. Careful though - once you start, the game won't auto-save, so be sure you've got enough time to solve every level!
Diablo III
If you're looking for something a little bit more casual, Diablo III is a great option. The 3rd person team-up game sees players fighting against all manner of evil creatures, before defeating Diablo himself in the final act. Choose your characters carefully - they'll work together brilliantly if you select the right abilities.Do you have any other co-ops you'd like to see on our list?
