My product contains a battery, what information do I need to know?

If your device is powered by a rechargeable battery. The full performance of this new battery is achieved only after two or three complete charge and discharge cycles. Please do not leave a fully charged battery connected to a charger, since overcharging may shorten its lifetime. Please dispose of your battery carefully: do not dispose of batteries in a fire as they might explode. Dispose of batteries according to local regulations and recycle where possible, do not dispose of batteries as household waste.

How long can i expect it take for my battery pack to be fully charged?

It takes on average 2 to 3 hours to fully charge our battery packs

Do the charging products have an automatic shut off once they're fully charged?

No they do not, once the product is showing as fully charged the item needs to be disconnected, overcharging can impact the life of the battery packs

How do i replace faulty parts?

In the unfortunate event that you come across a fault with one of our products, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to advise you about possible solutions or replacements. Please email: customerservice__AT__venomuk__DOT__com

My item stopped working and is still covered under warranty - what do I do?

Please contact our customer service team via email or the contact form with details of the fault and your proof of purchase, someone from our team will contact you in regards to replacing the faulty item

CAN I PURCHASE THE BATTERY PACKS FOR THE DOCKING STATION SEPERATELY?

Yes, we sell twin packs of the black and white battery packs for the docking stations on Amazon and eBay

I’VE LOST A PART AND NEED A REPLACEMENT/I NEED AN EXTRA PART – HOW DO I DO THIS?

HOW DO I DO A FIRMWARE UPDATE ON MY MULTI FORMAT ARCADE STICK

Our Multi Format Arcade Stick (VS2858) is fully compatible with Nintendo Switch and NEOGEO mini, if your stick has the batch code 2044 an update will be required and you will need to contact us. If your stick has the batch code 2100 it will automatically have this firmware update and will be compatible wiht the Switch and NEOGEO mini straight from the box
