HOW DO I SET up the Vibration on my PS4?

This is solved simply by using the provided RCA Phono to 3.5mm Jack adaptor. Connect the red and white cables into the corresponding holes and simply connect the 3.5mm plug into the headphone port on your TV.

How do I set up chat on my Vibration Headset XT?


On the main PS3 menu go to settings and Select > Accessory Settings >Audio Devices > select Input Device and Output Device and change them both to USB ear microphone. Turn the microphone level up to 5.


On the PS4 ™ menu the headset will automatically be identified. If you are not signed in then you will need to select a user. On the main menu go to “Settings” and select > “Sound and Screen” > “Audio Output Settings” > “Output To Headphones” and change to “Chat
Audio”. Press “X” to confirm. Finally hold down the PS button on your controller and then select “Adjust Devices”. Turn the “Volume Control (Headphones)” up to max.

Xbox One

For chat on the Xbox One you will need to purchase an Xbox One Chat Adaptor for older controllers (that don't have a 3.5mm jack port). If you have a new version of the controller (which has a 3.5mm jack port) please contact Venom for a chat cable. Please email: customerservice__AT__venomuk__DOT__com

which extra cables do i need to set up my vibration headset xt?

An HDMI to AV cable is required to use the XT with PS3.


An AV to USB adapter is required to use the XT with XBOX 360 (this is required for the new 250 GB slim console only).



which extra cables do I need to set up my wireless vibration Headset xt?


For chat first connect an Official Stereo Headset Adaptor (sold separately). Then connect the 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable (provided) to your
Wireless Headset and the other end into your Xbox One controller.

For chat function using a new Xbox One controller which has the direct port: connect the 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable (provided) to your Wireless Headset and the other end into your Xbox One controller.

NB: The headset on the Xbox One system will automatically be recognised as no other set up is needed.

My product contains a battery, what information do I need to know?

If your device is powered by a rechargeable battery. The full performance of this new battery is achieved only after two or three complete charge and discharge cycles. Please do not leave a fully charged battery connected to a charger, since overcharging may shorten its lifetime. Please dispose of your battery carefully: do not dispose of batteries in a fire as they might explode. Dispose of batteries according to local regulations and recycle where possible, do not dispose of batteries as household waste.

How long can i expect it take to chaRge my Venom product?

It takes on average 8 to 9 hours to charge a Venom product with a rechargeable battery.

why won't my hurricane steering wheel turn on?

To be compatible with the latest 1TB PlayStation 4 system C-Chassis (CUH-1200) model, the Hurricane Steering Wheel requires an additional USB hub. For more details or to obtain a USB hub please contact customerservice__AT__venomuk__DOT__com
