My role has changed so much in the 4 years I’ve worked for Venom where I started off as a customer services operator. I’m now the customer services manager, I’m involved in the product development process and now the blog (with so much more in between!).

As the Customer Services Manager I get to speak to a lot of our customers and connect with people. Any feedback we get goes from me straight into the product development meetings so being able to have an impact on the experience of our customers with our products is quite fulfilling.
